2. How To Request A Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

- Receive your Return Authorization. Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return address.
- Ship the product back. Return any unused bottles, along with any received bottles (opened or unopened), to the address provided within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
- Refund processing. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Do not ship returns without first obtaining an RMA number from our support team. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. Refunds are typically posted to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged Or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging if possible.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already shipped, please follow the refund process described above.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under our standard policy:

- Original shipping charges
